Gainey Ranch has a long history of style and class in Scottsdale. As a second home, this golf villa located near the club house in Gainey Ranch Golf Club was completely renovated from top to bottom by our team. The owners have diverse interests and love many styles of interiors and since they spend most of their time in Boca Raton, Florida, we incorporated their love of Arizona and the west along with their love for what we consider a “Modern Beach Farmhouse”.

Dynamic Duo Is how I would describe Jackie & Tim Santos . After countless interviews of other designers I knew I hit the home run when I met Jackie and Tim. I bought a home in Scottsdale, Az, that needed to be gutted and redone. It was during the pandemic when you couldn’t get supplies or materials. I was also out of state doing it remotely. You never would have known there was a pandemic going on… Jackie and Tim got everything I needed and completed the job in the time in which they said it would be done. I never had to worry about anything. That was their motto “ let us do the worrying “. Jackie and Tim are the most honest people I’ve met. I never worried about them taking advantage of me or miss managing my money. They were so conservative with how they spent my budget .

From the start of the project, they listened to everything i wanted & dreamt my space to be, whole heartedly and took in every word. It was their passion to create my dream and they succeeded. This complete home refresh and kitchen remodel is stunning!

1st Place Winner at the 2019 ASID Design Awards in the category of Permanent Fixture and Honorable Mention in the category of Millwork.

“Rethinking the cramped kitchen to create an open concept floor plan was the primary goal, which tied in well with the homeowner’s transitional design aesthetic. The old kitchen had a very small island with no seating. The desire for a large one with seating meant the wall between the family room and kitchen had to be removed. The sink moved to the new large entertaining island. The cook top’s placement at the bay window gave an element of surprise to the space while maintaining a perfect working layout for a kitchen. The natural stone flooring installed throughout the home unified the space. The maple shaker cabinets are finished in a mink stain. Special cabinet features like glass front cabinets, floating shelves, LED lighting, and secondary cabinet interior stain color were used purposely to break up a large expanse of cabinet door fronts. The elevation is now a main feature the family room...tailored, warm and welcoming.”

This beautiful golf-course home inside the gated community of Stonegate in Scottsdale, AZ, is full of life and color. It was a pleasure working with my clients to achieve a fresh and very personal interior design in their new home.

We were able to incorporate custom bedding, pillows, upholstery, and accessories to make this design uniquely theirs.

This luxury home located in North Scottsdale in a beautiful gated community has just been remodeled and is now complete.

The finishes and elements chosen offer a new home buyer a clean, fresh pallet and will provide a comfortable, modern, and highly stylish new home. 

The Buena Terra Project provided a redesigned new home for first-time home buyers. A complete kitchen and master bath remodel along with guest bath finishes and whole home furnishings.

Debuting Arizona’s first Luxury Design Showcase

The beautiful floor plan became the perfect palette for eight of the valley’s leading interior designers designing individual rooms before opening to the public exhibit to raise critical funds for Arizona’s most vulnerable children.

Our happy clients raised their sales price by $25,000 letting us use great strategy in staging their luxury Scottsdale home for sale.

Jackie with SIDG is an amazing interior designer. We hired her to help us reimagine and update our home! The first project she worked on was changing our Kids rooms from a nursery themed spaces into environments for young ladies to grow! What we got was an amazing and functional playroom/school work space and a whimsical bedroom with timeless elegance.

We then further engaged Jackie to design an updated living room, kitchen, entryway concept that reflected our unique style/taste. She was thoughtful & thorough in this open concept space, and it came out amazing!

We are taking this Fountain Hills luxury home from old Tuscan faux paint and Spanish Colonial fixtures, to a fresh, clean and modern Santa Barbara style home.

The fireplace will get a face lift with split face limestone tile that works well with the new paint colors and fresh white ceilings to brighten and lighten the gorgeous plank and beam ceilings.

We are adding new furnishings including a 9’ tufted Chesterfield sofa, red swivel chairs, driftwood coffee table, and modern bar stools in black leather.

Modern LED light fixtures, sconces, and chandeliers mixed with traditional elements and coastal accessories are creating this wonderful Santa Barbara style home set right in the middle of the desert.

This gorgeous mountain-side home has 12’ ceilings and gracious space. We are working on a complete interior refresh.

Military Assistance Mission

The 2018 Take A Seat charity theme is “Helping Heroes at Home.” We chose Military Assistance Mission again as our charity because MAM represents one of the core values that is so important to our members- making a difference in our local community. Another key factor in our selection process was that they have a really low overhead with 90% of donations actually helping those in need. They operate very lean, so they can give more- just like us!

Margy Bons has been helping our troops since she lost her oldest son, Michael in Iraq on May 7, 2005. Her passion to help those who fight for our freedom can not be measured. “We are all one big family and until that service member can get home, we have to step up to the plate to support those that are left behind.
